Named after the famous flutes featured on all our Club cars, Flute News is published every month and mailed around the world to members, and relevant motoring magazines and technical organisations.

The magazine covers events, technical reports, regular features, hints and advice, news of old Vauxhalls, members' letters, and sales & wants advertisements.

Events. Click on EVENTS & REGALIA.

Technical Reports. As well as having a Mentor for each car range, technical information is regularly published and owners are encouraged to write in with experiences with repairs, finding spares, maintenance, running on alternative fuels etc.

Regular Features. Items of interest are included on motoring in general, historic vehicle events, legislation affecting the operation of older cars, availability of spare parts, fuels and lubricants, even on scale model Vauxhalls.

News of old Vauxhalls. Details are published of all discoveries of previously unknown Vauxhalls, cars of special interest, changes of ownership and the return to the road of restored vehicles. Our Vehicle Registrar maintains a Register of known surviving vehicles which is issued periodically to members.

Advertisements. Sales and Wants adverts for cars and parts are free to members. Adverts are accepted for a donation from non-members and trade organisations where considered applicable - traders must notify the fact in their advert.
