EVENTS

The monthly magazine Flute News contains details of future motoring events and shows for our own Club and for other historic vehicle Clubs, and reports on our own stands at various outdoor and indoor events.

Each year the Club's National Rally is held in a different part of the country to encourage entries from local members who prefer not to travel great distances. A number of trophies are awarded, one of the hardest fought being for the most mileage clocked up during the year.

We have an excellent turn-out at the annual All-Vauxhall Rally at Billing in Northamptonshire organised by the Vauxhall Bedford Opel Association of Clubs.

The Club has a stand each year at major shows such as Enfield. Also at the Luton Festival of Transport, a show which coincides with the annual Open Day of the Vauxhall Heritage Collection. Vintage buses provide transport between the two sites.

A number of our members represent the Club with their cars at overseas rallies eg. Ireland, France, Holland, Denmark & Sweden.

There are occasional special events such as the Club's 25th anniversary road run from the Luton factory to the venue for our AGM followed by a special meal.

REGALIA

The Club has an attractive car bumper badge, decals in several sizes of the Club badge and an assortment of regalia.
